Crockpot French Toast So this is the end result. You mix up the batter like you would for regular French toast, pour it over the bread (I used a loaf of challah bread that I sliced thick) and set it for all night! Drizzle with a little maple syrup and there you go!
Crockpot French Toast. So I left this in the crockpot all night and it made some yummy French toast in ten hours! What a great way to wake up and not be in front of the stove.

Lunch: Spinach omelette sprinkled with parmesan cheese. Yum!
Okay, so I am ready to start talking on here. Today is day three of my smoothie kick! This is my green smoothie.
Recipe:
4-5 kale leaves
3/4 cup pineapple
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
This made such a huge batch- that glass is about 14 oz and I drank a glass each morning for 3 days. I was able to keep it in the fridge for 3 days (it separates, but just shake it up). I kept it in an air tight glass pitcher I had and it still tasted great!
